Just spoken via "Chat" to Kam who advised:

It will be another 48 hours before back log is fully cleared ie to noon on Tuesday.

My upgrade from Iphone3 to 4s was done at 3pm Friday within a shop. They said 2-24 hours but now been waiting 46 hours and could be another 48.  That said, Kam did confirm that they are prioritising, so Fridays wil be done before Saturdays - but all of us should be done by Tuesday!!  We just don't know when within the next 2 days it will happen!

BOOM! Phone has just sprung in to life! 46.5 hours after a 3pm Friday initiation.

Now, is that the average wait time you can all expect!?? - highest I have seen thus far!! so suspect most of Fridays will be done today and Saturdays by tomorrow.

I got my text message on Friday morning 12/10/12 at 10am saying will be done in next 24 hours, guess what 17.00 on Sunday and still not done, o2 is a joke ! biggest mistake ever was leaving orange
