Good Morning - I have just received a bill for £12.33 after I have terminated my O2 account and switched to another provider can you explain this as I was told when i requested a PAC code that there was nothing to pay

You always get a final bill 14 days after leaving.
Make sure your direct debit is still in place to pay it.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
