I have just changed my phone and was informed my monthly payment would now be £22.69 and I have just received an email saying it is £23.73. Why is it more than I signed up for please?

It will be the remainder of your last bill and pro-rata costs for new device. Next month it should 22.69.
If you want clarification, call O2’s customer service team about it – give them a call on 202
or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
