Latest Bill Higher Than Expected

Just got my latest bill through. No added charges for calls or MMS messages or anything like that, but my monthly bill is now a little bit higher than previous.

 

Did we get notice that this would be happening? I don't remember receiving anything?

It could be the annual price increase but that would only be a small amount, Myo2 should tell you why it is higher.

Cheers. I forgot it goes up every April. Don't remember seeing anything about what the increase would be, so ahd forgotten about it. Cheers

Just add Disney+ on 9th April, my usual month circle end on 11th April, got bill through, they charged me full price £5.99 for Disney + for only two days. I am not happy to pay for it, can you check it please, I won’t pay this month until they remove £5.99 , as I know the Disney + is doing a 7 days free trial now !! Thanks
