Late payment

Hello, 

 

I just wanted to know whether being late to pay this months payment will mark my account, I have made the payment now. 

I thought I had the money in my current account available and did not. 

can I please move my payment date to the 26th of each month, this would be more beneficial for me financially

It all depends on how late, if over 7 days then yes they may report it and charge you. 

 

You will need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 who can change the date for you. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
