Hi i cant call as i have anxiety with talking on the phone
Ive been cut off as i couldnt afford to pay my bill is there anyway i can set up a payment plan

You need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 from another phone or using skype as they are the only ones who can approve a payment plan.
