Late payment

Hi guys, need some help. K so start of march we moved house and the internet took a while to set up hence massive bill of 115 to pay. I knew it would be high. Anyway I'm obviously late in paying it and I've tried calling them to ask if they can unblock it and I'll pay it all up before my next bill. My outgoing calls are blocked and the online chat is off due to covid so what can I do? I know it's my own fault etc but in these times I need my phone unlocked. Can anyone suggest anything please. Tia

All the numbers just come up as invalid probably because I'm blocked

Are you able to borrow a phone to call?
