To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

hi,

when you mention "it cuts me off" does it ring and advise to have your o2 details and number in hand? if not I would suggest to try from a landline or visit us in store (if its possible and safe for you) 

 

just as a reminder the numbers you may call for this situation are

202 from your mobile (for regular customer service)
