Late payment

Hello due to the current pandemic my circumstances have changed, I no longer work & I am waiting on my universal credit payment on monday the 25th, until then I cant pay my outstanding bill. My phone has been locked from data & calls is there anyway I can have this turned back on? Thanks

You need to contact O2 directly, @Luke89, contact numbers (Skype and free-call 0800 landline numbers) in this Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Webchat is now more available too, not sure how they fare in payment queries.
