Late payment paid?

Hi I’ve paid my account in full (didn’t realise it was even late!) how long does it take for the payment to clear? The device payment has cleared but the other payment is still showing as not paid - when I then go in to the payment it’s showing £0 amount owing? I’ve also had emails confirming payment? How long does it usually take to clear please? As I’m wanting to upgrade the account. Thanks

Normally 24-48 hrs. However, during the current crisis thinks are moving a lot more slowly.

@Mrsd2010 If you want to avoid concerns like this in the future you should think about setting up a Direct Debit.

As far as upgrading is concerned, you might want to wait until everything settles down a bit. O2 customer services are overwhelmed at present, and if you have any issues with your upgrade, you will have difficulty getting through and speaking to someone.
