Late payment charge.

I have a direct debit set up which O2 are incapable of using. I have a late payment charge. Plus my direct debit amount believe it or not shows the late payment charge on it !. I had to pay my bill manually because of O2s error. Trying to get on to account billing is like a merry go round and is next to impossible.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
