Hello,
I have recently missed a payment due to being away on holiday. I have now payed the outstanding amount. Since then I have noticed my phone does not receive messages or calls and I am not able to use 4G or wifi unless connected.
Would you be able to shed some light on these issues that have occurred. I was advised online that everything would resume the same day I had payed what was owed.

It can take up to 48 hours to reconnect service if you are cut off for late payment, @Aimee123 .
You should contact payment management. If you have a bank account, why not set up a direct debit - it is one less bill to have to worry about, or forget, every month, especially if you are on hols.
