Hello,

 

I have had a late payment text but tryong to get through to someone at the moment is like pulling teeth. Only lines that are open are upgrades and thinking of leaving (shocking).

 

I have gone on to the chat but all it says is " we are very busy or you come through on our down time" im going to be charged and my service will be restricted and since im working from home i cant have that. how can i speak to someone?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
