Large price increase on phone plan

Hey everyone, 

 

Has anyone else had quite a jump in their direct debit? My plan/phone has gone from being £47.84 to now being £76.47.

 

I've had no emails or letters to tell me of a price increase, I was expecting possibly about £54 with inflation, but not £76.

 

I've messaged O2, just waiting for an agents reply. Anyone else had a similar increase?

Nope, not had anything of that nature.. 

 

Your device plan stays the same, it is your airtime that will be 17.3% more, but that happened in April

 

You are best calling o2 in the morning, and checking myo2, to see if there is anything on your bill? You can call them on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Yeah I'll call them tomorrow. 

 

There's nothing showing on my bill that looks out of place. There's a few international text messages but for less than the total amount and these were two months ago so would have been charged to last months bill I'm assuming
