Large Sim to micro Sim

Hi All,

My Partner has an old contract phone with a large sized sim and she wants to change it for a Micro Sim with the same number so that she can use this in a new phone.

Can she go to an O2 Store and get a sim, or is this something you need to mail to her ?

Yes pop instore and they will give her the sim and swap everything over on her phone as well.

By far the quickest way.

Plus the shops won’t be open until tomorrow or Thursday. Also this is not O2. This is a community forum. You aren’t talking to O2. Happy Christmas

@gerry1964 Some of the old large sized sims have perforations so you can pop out the correct size sim. Check your card. Might save you a trip to the store and you could use the phone today.
