Why should I pay my bill. We have been without a signal around our local area for a week and are still advised it will be another week due to upgrade work. Still being billed though, why?

Because if you read your terms and conditions there is no guarantee of 100% service uptime or guarantee of coverage. 


So to put it simply you still need to pay... Dont like it then all mobile networks operate the same, but you can always pay off your tariff / device and go to another network Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
