Right a bit confused. In terms and conditions it says if i preorder the s10 plus i can claim £100 and I'm trading in my s9plus but i keep being told different things.
I don't want to lose out!

Having checked, you are correct. (if you have the model listed below) However, this £100 will be dependent on the condition of the phone you are trading in

But thing is im on that yearly programme thing when they pay off your contract. I've been told I'm not eligible for the £100 but I've techinically preordered the s10 plus so i should really be entitled to the £100!!! Thats why I'm confused

Well the info I've posted is quite clear @Preorder
You get the £100 if you trade in your S9 and meet the criteria set out above.
.
If you want further clarification on your particular circumstances (due to the contract you are currently on) then you need to ring customer services. (Don't use Live Chat)
https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
PS if you pay off your device you could get more than the £100 offered by O2, if you traded it in at CEX, Mazuma Mobile or even sell it on Ebay.

I've told you all, sell your phone on ebay and cut out the middle man. O2 will sell your phones for a lot more than they paid.

Good advice here @Preorder
Take careful consideration especially about re-sale from @mieinhull1969
Good luck

I've just changed the topic title back to the original one ie Preorder.
I think the Op changed it for some reason (maybe to reflect her name?)

@Preorder If you search the forum you will find scores of complaints about O2 Recycle. It's more than likely that your phone won't meet the criteria O2 Recycle set, and you won't get anywhere near the amount offered. I agree with the others and suggest you sell the phone privately. You've a much better chance of getting decent money for it that way.
