LOYALTY not being replied or applied

Hi,

 

I've been an O2 customer for 10+ years and currently have 3 different contracts in the same house with O2.

 

The last couple of years I've had loyalty added to my account but since renewing my contract in January it hasn't been applied.

 

I've text 21500 endless times and get the we'll be in touch within 3 days reply... but never do.

 

The O2 support chat in the app never connects to anyone and I haven't even had a reply on my Resolver case.

 

Can anyone at O2 actually reply and help please?

Too late now as it has to be applied within 28 days.
