Just received my  new LG Stylus 2....all set up ..sim in, but showing no signal.   I have checked everything, but still no signal.  New sim card set up on Monday so plenty of time for activation.  Any ideas what I can check.  I am def techno challenged.

You'll need to activate your new sim https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/activating-your-sim or use your old sim if it fits the new phone.

How exactly have you set up your sim? It would have been a blank sim you received. Have you done the sim swap if your original sim doesn't fit the new phone?

Thanks for all your answers.  Turns out I was given a blank sim although it was activated in store.  All sorted.
