I've tried twice now by sending my code to keep my old number, but 2 months on it still hasn't been swapped over. Now my old phone has completely died but I need that number to receive consultant calls for my daughter. I can't get through at all by ringing O2. Any help would be appreciated

Try all numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
