Keeping number from a simple only deal

After help on how to keep min and my wife's number. We currently tly have a similar only deal with 02 and have just taking new 02 contracts out. I need to get hold off someone to sort out keeping our simple only numbers and the online help just keeps saying searching for a available agent grrr
