I have an account with o2 on a pay monthly. My contract has run out but their upgrade package was not very good, so I got another phone with the carphone warehouse. The phone has arrived with a new number, but I want to keep my old number. How do you do that, as I want to cancel my previous contract to the new one, still staying with o2?
