@eka You need to keep trying the numbers in the link below. Even fraud or lost/stolen if necessary. O2 have totally dropped the ball dealing with customers during this crisis. It's been pathetic. We are only customers here, so trying to call is the only advice we can give. 0800 587 4005 seems to produce results. Best of luck.
