Solved: Keeping my old number

I have just got a new phone and pay monthly sim I was on a pay as you go still with o2 I’m trying to do the keep my number form but it’s asking for my latest bill Information but I haven’t yet received one how to I sort this

Quickest way to sort this is to call them.
Have the two phone numbers and SIM numbers to hand (and make sure you get them the right way round).
Call them on 202 from the pay monthly number as it's free.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
