Hi, i have taken out a new contract as my old contract was due for upgrade, however it was more expensive than starting a new contract . My new device an sim arrived and i have completed the swap my sim yesterday, however my number has still not migrated from my old phone to my new phone. Is this normal or do i need to contact o2? Thanks

@Andrew_94

You can't do a sim swap.

You currently have 2 contracts running and need to migrate your number to cancel the old contract.

Hi
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. Call 202 or message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
