I filled in the keep my old number form on Thursday and it has not been transferred yet. I was told one working day?

Send the form again https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number and if you don't receive a text confirming the changover, chase it up with O2.
