Keeping my number

Hi all. I want to keep my number from EE and bring to O2. I found how to do it. I did last week but it wasn’t transfered my number and says takes 2 days. I tried to do again but says 404 Page not found. It’s the beginning and I’m already upset. Please help me

Thank you but I called this number many times and nobody answered. Very dissapointed

Try again tomorrow. They open at 8am. You have to persevere I'm afraid. O2 are working with limited staff due to the current pandemic.

Hello. I tried online few times and called also that number but is just ringing, nobody is answering. I would be happy if you van help me.

They open at 8am and thats the best time to call. If you don't get through on that number, try the other four.

Any luck with those numbers @Lola1996 or are you still stuck with this? If you haven't got anywhere yet I can check on my end if I can get someone to help out.
