Keeping my number

I moved networks and want to keep my old number however I have done all the pac code etc and it isn't working customer service is shut so as it stands I'm stuck paying two bills any help greatly appreciated.

@lmp85 Ports are taking much longer than normal. You can try customer service, but getting through is difficult at present. Best time to call is 8 am.
