Hey, I am currently an 02 customer and I want to get a new deal as my contract has run out. It is cheaper for me to get a new deal with 02 than to upgrade, but I still want to keep my number. Is this possible?

Yes you can.

Just call customer service on 202 to migrate your number once you have the new contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Call as soon as you have the new contract so that you aren't paying for two. Don't use live chat for this.
