Keeping my number

I have just signed up to start a contract with 02 but I need PAC code so i can  keep my number i have now, we have asked my provider to switch but we can't get any further forward a code has not been send, can someone please let me know the next steps. Many thanks Sarah

There's not a lot you can do until you get the code from your current supplier @Chazstan 

Once you have that follow the process in the guide already posted.
