Hi, I recently switched from a Pay As You Go Account to a SIM-only Pay Monthly tariff and I'm looking to keep my old number. I have followed the guidance on the O2 website and filled out the online form (as detailed here - https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number). However, the form keeps telling me that something is wrong, and I have no idea what. Any ideas/suggestions? I am currently using the new Pay Monthly SIM with the new number.

Thanks in advance 🙂

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
