Hello. I'm new here and not too tech savvy so patience please. I have a good cheap sim only contract but I want to change my phone. O2 don't have what I want. Can I buy a phone somewhere else and keep my contract with o2? Would o2 still move my contacts and stuff to the new phone? Thanks

Buy yourself a new phone and just put your existing sim card in it. Then you can carry on with your contract.

If your new phone is a different sized sim then call into the nearest O2 shop and they will give you the correct size and transfer everything over for you.

Alternatively call customer service.

Hello there @Paff48

That seems ok put the sim into a new purchased phone.

If you purchase a Sim Free phone from anyone then you

should be able to put in your sim only into that.

I have done that.
