Keeping Disney+ When Moving Over To O2 Refresh

I have an o2 contract originally bought through carphone warehouse which is up in October. I have been looking at changing over/upgrading now to o2 refresh.

I have disney+ as part of my bill for £3.99 as part of the promotion.

If i change to o2 refresh do I (automatically) keep my disney+ subscription for £3.99 so i don't lose it? Or do i switch over to the 6 months free bolt on...

We use disney heavily and I don't want to lose this promotion and my disney account.

If you upgrade, you will still be able to keep Disney. It should be added for a further 6 months.

So is the 6 months it mentions six months free or six months minimum for £3.99?  Or a essentially a combination of the two - six months free then 3.99 after that?
