Hi. My contract ended and im still paying. Also I have a late fee eventhough I havent missed a payment. Terrible as no one answers phone calls or chat in the app. I want to know why am I still charged.
Anyone from o2 can you please checm why I was charged 3.50 late fee ? I still seem to havent got a reply. Please a staff from o2 reply to this particular question.
@Georgi No one here has access to anyone's account. You would have to call customer service for that, and you'll not find that an easy thing to do at present.
