Keep my number not working

Hi, i am hoping someone can help me as i am getting very frustrated. i just upgraded from pay andgo to pay monthly. i asked to keep the number but the request keeps failing, so i have now a new number, which i was assured it wouldn't happen. the keep my number form goes from screen 1 to 3, 2nd screen doesn't load. the request gets rejected because the info on page 2 wasn't provided, but i was never presented with screen 2. i am seriously considering leaving, even before starting my new contract..help!

Sounds like you need to speak to O2 directly, @mrodri81 detail on numbers here:

They are open now, but you may have to try a few times to get into the queue.
