I have ended my business contract early and started a normal pay monthly contract. I would like to keep my number from the business contract. I have been advised by customer services on telephone that I need to fill out a form at www.o2.co.uk/keepmynumber and email it to them. However, at this site there is instruction for all scenarios except for this one. I am current o2 business customer moving to normal pay monthly contract with new phone. Which form do I need to fill out inorder to keep my number please?

ring 8002 on the business sim and they will sort it.
but if you have already ended the contract and sim is no longer active you will have lost the number
