I have used myO2 app to try and keep my number from a previous supplier. Every time I receive an email back stating the security checks is incorrect. However, I have entered the information correctly numerous times. Please help????

The security word it asks for is not your password.
When you set up your MyO2 it will have asked you for an answer to a memorable question. It is that answer you use for the security word check.
