Hi,
I am currently stuck abroad for a few months and want to upgrade my SIM only contact which is due for an upgrade. If I opt to sign up for a 30 day or another 12 month SIM only contract, is there any way that I can retain my existing SIM card? If a new SIM card is delivered I will not be able to receive it as I don't have access to my post, as such abroad. Is there any way to confirm this for sure? I can't get in touch with O2 either as the customer service number to call from abroad +447860980202 doesn't connect and if I dial 202, my Samsung galaxy note forces me to add +44 prefix which makes the number invalid!

Please help either with the SIM question or otherwise on how I can connect with O2 customer service. Thanks.

You can just carry on using your current sim card as all changes are done on the system @Noname

You have the option to order a new sim but you only need to opt for that if you have a 5G phone

Just choose to use the sim you have
