Keep Number

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I ordered a new Samsung S8 last night from an online supplier (have previously bought my phones from O2 have a S6 now). I am staying with O2 as provider and have received an email giving me details of plan and quoting the last few numbers of presumably my new phone but I wanted to keep my number.

What do I need to do please and do I need to cancel my previous O2 agreement?

Many thanks,

Elly

O2 advice here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number but to keep your O2 number on O2 you need to call CS on 202 and ask them to switch your number to your new account.
This will close your old account and generate your final bill.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
