Hi

I have just recieved my new sim card and I want to keep my old number. I have filled out the form online with PAC etc but there are some details in the form which I do not have such as I did my sim card order through mobiles.co.uk.

I cannot get through via the phone. Can someone help with this please?

You only need the phone number off the sim Guide: How do I find my own mobile number? and the serial number which is printed on the sim card.

If you haven't got all the details the form needs then don't send it through yet.
Wait until the sim arrives and you can complete it fully.
