Just upgraded my phone via refresh - need to apply Open discount

Hi all, I've just joined refresh and upgraded my phone. I've been told I'm eligible for another iscount because of the employer I work for. Do I just ring my work's HR team for the special number code? I thought 02 would know this already?

and yes, you need the code from your HR dept.

If your HR dept don't know what you're talking about (some don't) you can ask o2 customer service, but the correct process is to get it from your HR dept.
