First thing is to call O2 and report the loss, @James2560 - details here.

Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

If you have Home Contents insurance, or cover on a bank or credit card, you may be able to claim on that (if purchase was made recently on that card) - worth checking!

Good luck.

@James2560 Without insurance there isn't much you can do. You need to report the phone as lost to O2: Lost or Stolen O2 Device

If you have a homeowner's contents insurance policy, check that to see if mobiles are covered. If not, you may be out of luck.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
