Ok I started t fill in to join o2. On 22 September. For got and completed it 2nd of Oct. Today I have been billed from 22 nd sept. To 3 Oct. I haven’t even recieved or activated my sim yet !! ( I’m sim only ) any one had that happen. I can’t phone them as my contract has finished now with labara.

O2 will refund the charges up to the point you receive your sim.
Your first bill is also a month in advance.
