I've just setup new s25 ultra and put sim card in from old s24 ultra but have no mobile service

Did you get the S25 via O2 and did you request a new SIM or eSIM? If so the old SIM would be disabled

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Does the sim still work in the s24?
