Folks can anyone help please , my bill has been creeping up every month only now when I checked looks like a premium text thing on my bill I know nothing about ... please help

The first thing you need to do is to call customer service and ask them to put a charge to mobile bar on your account which will stop further charges on your bill.

Then have a read through this thread:

If you get through to a sympathetic adviser they may possibly refund the charges or make a goodwill gesture.

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers

Following the advice by Cleoriff and jonsie will mean work but you should get your money back.
Putting the bars on to direct billing is your first step to stop it. Best time to contact customer services is early morning.

thanks for the replay , i have contacted o2 and they just give me number to text and call... the stop text number will not go through the call one is an answering service to leave the number for your number to be removed from their service. It has been happing for months now only Dec was a extra 25 cost me big time over number of months....

Did you ask Customer services to Bar all Direct to bill debits and Bar Premium rate numbers as we suggested above? This will avoid this sort of thing happening again.

Did you ask O2 if they could possibly refund the charges? Calling back could get you through to a more understanding adviser. Make a nuisance of yourself and also consider a complaint via Resoler in this link :
