Just bought an iPhone 5 today, fine to replace due to small scratch?

Just double checking on here, already asked on chat and I think it's fine but was just wondering...

Basically bought the 5 from a retail store today, due to working all day i've not had time to go on it and i've just noticed a small scratch in the middle of the screen! Not thick or anything just right bang in the middle of the screen.

Is it going to be fine to replace it?

It should be take it back and stand your ground dont let them say you did it and insist on an instant replacement
