Joining accounts - unable to login on My O2 App

I have recently joined my two O2 accounts. This has caused my 02 app to log me out. When trying to log back in, I am told I recently joined my accounts and that I would need to log in using the new details. I’ve tried both details, neither will let me login using the app. How do I login now?

Hi @Natalie

You could try deleting the app and reinstalling and see if that  helps?

If not you need to call customer services and explain the problem to them

Use the forgotten password option to reset to a new password.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for your suggestion. In the end I contacted CS and they helped.

You are right though I did eventually have to delete the app.
