Jamster scam, how do I recover my money?

Anonymous

I've been scammed of £15 each bill by Jamster.co.uk, how can I recover my cash as I've never subscribed with them?

Is there a Fraud department at O2 to help me with this?

You can take a look at this link which has lots about Jamster:

https://www.google.com/webhp?source=search_app#q=jamster.co.uk+complaints

I remember downloading a ringtone from them a very long time ago, but I was very careful about what I agreed to when I did it, hence I never got charged for anything but the ringtone. If you're not careful, you can wind up with some hefty bills. Hopefully there is a way for you to be able to stop being charged, but I don't think O2 can help with it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Are you saying you have never made a purchase from them?
