Jamster o2

Anonymous
Not applicable
My 5 year old was playing a child's game on my phone and clicked on a link within the game. Jamster charges £4.50 a week which is added to O2 phone bill. Customer service at jamster unhelpful said they can send a cheque within 30 days refund as the service is only for 18 +. Why O2 connected in this way to this company and why is an over 18 service in preschool game? Big scam, O2

Nothing to do with O2,
Every other network would have the same outcome.
If jamster keep playing up and not dealing with your complaint, contact www.phonepayplus.org.uk

Lucky you got a company based in UK that are prepared to refund you.
The foreign ones you have no chance !
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
