I ordered a Apple Watch and payed a deposit, received my legal documents. But not heard anything about delivery or if it’s been approved. Can’t contact o2 and no online chat. How can I find out what is happening?

Sorry, you're not getting through, have you tried 202 between 10am and 6pm they should be able to help you.

Was it O2 that set this up for you?

That's great. If you paid a deposit and not the cost for any device that sounds as if it processed.  You will need to speak to O2 on 202 if on the O2 network if not please contact 0344 809 0202 which is a standard rate call.

Have all your legal documents at hand if they ask you for any personal details. We can not access any sales or personal accounts within the O2 community.

 

Hope you get it resolved.
